Order Form:
To place an order,
fill up the Order
Form and send. Choose the quantity you want, the starting month of the
calendar, and the personal gift named on the cover page. After we received your
order, we will send you an Order Confirmation Number and Internet Drop Box
password via e-mail. Then you can send us digital photos via Internet Drop Box
and send payment to us by money order.

to obtain our FTP site address, ID and Password for the upload of your photos.
We accept JPG or GIF images. For the best quality photo personal gift,
please make sure your image has a resolution of at least 300 dpi.
Rename
your image file as your desired year and month. For example, if you ordered a
year 2010 January to December calendar and image1.jpg should be on the page of
January 2010. Then the image file should be rename as 201001.jpg
Method of Payment:
We accept Money
Orders only.
Please make sure to mark the Order Confirmation Number
and your name at the back of the money order.
